Thanks to the Blackburn Open Walls festival, founded and curated by local artist Hayley Welsh (who now resides in Australia), there is world-class street art to be seen throughout the centre of Blackburn. More recently, there have been further projects arranged by Prism Contemporary in the town, including the wonderful piece by Cosmo Sarson on the side of the Feilden Street car park.
