The Victorian Quarter in New Brighton, Merseyside is part of an ongoing urban regeneration project organised by Rockpoint Leisure. As part of the project, both local and internationally renowned street artists have been commissioned to produce pieces to add colour and character as part of a wider project to breathe new life back into the neighbourhood.
