Cheltenham is rapidly establishing itself as a major player on the UK street art scene, courtesy of the Cheltenham Paint Festival. Although the festival, on its current scale, has only been running for a couple of years, its last edition attracted around 200 artists, painting in a variety of locations across the town and generated an incredible array of artwork. The 2019 edition is due to take place in September.
