Manchester born, bred and based, Jay, a former graphic designer and video game producer, is a leading light of the street art scene in his home city. He is instrumental in the Outhouse Manchester project, which is responsible for a regularly revolving tableau of works in and around Stevenson Square in the Northern Quarter. Jay paints in a variety of styles but is now perhaps best known for his iconic cartoon gorillas.
